Contact Forms are very useful for Bloggers to collect information from blog readers. Many bloggers always want to create a beautiful contact form for their blog so that their visitors contact them directly. It is very easy to create a Contact Form using Google Drive. Google Drive provides an option to create a form, which can be added to your blog to collect information from your visitors. The data you want to collect through your Contact form will be available on a spreadsheet within your Google Drive account.
Steps to create contact us page in Blogger using Google Drive
2 Type "Contact Us", choose a theme for the contact form, and then click OK.
3 A default form will create. Now enter Name in the Question Title field, tick on required question option and then press done button as shown in the below picture.
4 To add more fields like Phone, Email, Subject press the add item button and add as many items you want to add in your contact form.
5 After adding all the desired fields, enter confirmation message on Confirmation page as shown in the picture below and click Send Form Button.
6 A pop up box will open. Click on Embed button and copy the entire code to a notepad and click on Done button.
7 Click on Choose Response Destination button from the top of the page.
8 A Dialog will appear. Select new spreadsheet radio button and uncheck ‘always create a new spreadsheet’ if it is by default checked. Press Create Button as shown in the below picture.
9 Now choose View Responses from the top of the page. A new tab will be open with Google Spreadsheet.
10 Click on Tools from spreadsheet Menu and click on Notification rules.
11 A dialog box (Set Notification Rules)will appear. Click on A user submits a form and Email – Right away options and click on the Save Button as shown in the picture below. Click on Done to complete the process.
Now your contact form has been created successfully. Now create a contact us page in blogger blog.
2 Create a new blank page.
3Type Contact Us in the Title field. Select HTML and paste the code which you had copied in notepad.
Click Publish and now you have successfully created a contact us page with contact form. Now you may check the contact form on your contact us page.
