Signing up for Google AdWords account was not the requirement before, but to make Google shopping experience more effective, it is necessary to get Adword account too. Other than these requirements, you need to follow general guidelines which differ country to country on the bases of language and currency. Once you have created your data feed, you have to upload data feed into Google shopping search engine. There is option to submit data feed in your Google merchant account.
